The pulp-type agitator is mainly used for the mixing of various tank bodies (or in the tank). This equipment USES the electric cycloidal gear reducer as the power source, and drives the impeller to rotate through the coupling device, so as to agitate the slurry, prevent the solidification and precipitation of material particles, and facilitate the slurry pump transportation. The device is equipped with lower support seat (for special shaft products) to reduce the swing momentum of the vane wheel shaft and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.

BSL Tank insist to use Titanium(Ti) rich Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Sheet. It is specifically manufactured for the enameling process. Allow for exceptional physical performance; eliminates any fish scale defect. Superfine glass structure of the enameled layer provides the steel plates with excellent flexibility and durability.

BSL developed it’s own enamel formula which make our porcelain more glazed, adhesive and smoothly. Avoided the pinhole and fishscales.
