The Glass-Fused-To-Steel-tank is assembled from special steel plates, special sealing materials, self-locking bolts and other materials. It can be used for the sealed storage of gases, liquids and solids in biogas engineering, sewage treatment, grain storage, petrochemical industries and other industries. In the biogas project, the assembled tank is a container for storage and fermentation of various organic substances.
Performance and characteristics:
1. Stable quality, good anti-corrosion performance, long service life of the tank; and it has the characteristics of resistance to strong acid, strong alkali, and high temperature resistance.
2. High-strength self-locking bolts with rubber caps have good water-stop and anti-corrosion effects.
3. High temperature resistant sealant, anti-biological corrosion.
4. Fast installation, capacity expansion and migration: The assembled tank body is spliced by standard steel plates with bolts. The tank body can be dismantled or reinstalled after completion and operation, and the tank body can be easily expanded and moved.
